Seat squabs have transformed from visual embellishments to made of plastic to multifunctional components. Even in the most compact form, they can incorporate complex stowage spaces for CDs, fire extinguishers and first aid kits under the seats. Dr. Haubitz GmbH & Co. KG specialises in providing the perfect blend of these functions and the required design in its development and production stages. The components are manufactured using thermoplastics. As well as other surface finishes, Haubitz offers a new, scratch resistant dual-gloss texture in conjunction with high-crystalline polypropylene (HCPP).
