Further automation in assembly

In order to guarantee the high quality of components manufactured by us we have automated several of the processes in our assembly shop. In this way, monitoring processes take place at the same time as assembly to prevent errors. This means we can guarantee maximum process capability. One practical example of the extension to the degree of automation is our new welding equipment that we use for manufacturing steering column stalks and gap-hiders. In production this has led to a considerable simplification of processes and significant increase in efficiency. The next automation step brings together several manufacturing stages and gives us the opportunity to provide our customers with more economical solutions. At the same time, we are, of course, able to sustain the high product quality you have come to expect of us.
